1. We collect information from our existing customers when they request additional information through the "Request for Information" form or when they log into the Client Only area of the system. This is done so we can confirm they are an existing customer.

2. We collect information from potential new customers who choose to fill out our "Request for Information" form. We need this information to see if you meet our customer requirements.

3. Within the "Request for Information" form we ask if you would like to be sent information or schedule a demonstration of our system.
